Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have undergone grueling questioning throughout their defamation case. Johnny Depp is suing her for $50million while, Amber Heard is counter-suing him for $100million, claiming that Johnny “smeared” her by calling her a liar. With the case coming to a close, all evidence has been laid out. One would think the theatrics have come to an end, but in court on Monday the 23rd of May, a woman stood up and shouted out for the whole room to hear, claiming that Johnny Depp was the father of her child.
“Johnny, I Love You,”
On Monday, May 23rd, Depp’s Libel case was underway. The morning beak had begun and the judge had walked out of the courtroom, and the cameras had stopped recording. This means that what happened next was not recorded or broadcast, but many witnesses attested to what they saw and heard. Angenette Levy, who works for Law & Crime reported what she saw.
A woman was in the gallery watching the trial, and she had her baby with her. She stood up as everyone was about to make their way out for the break, and shouted out for the room to hear that she loves Johnny, and they are connected at the soul level.
“All of a sudden, this woman… she stands up at the back of the courtroom with her baby,” said Angenette. “She says ‘Johnny I love you, our souls are connected.'”
Accordingly, being a public figure, Depp is used to having fans shout out to him. Angenette described how Johnny reacted to the woman as if he were used to people behaving like that around him. “He kind of turned and waved, as he does sometimes,” said Angenette. So, the woman held up the baby she was holding and yelled out that the baby was Johnny’s.
“She held up the baby and said: ‘This baby is yours,” Angenette recalled. According to her, there was a moment of shock and confusion shared amongst everyone in the courtroom, and then the woman was removed. “Everyone was like, ‘oh…Woah…okay…’ and the deputy came and said, ‘you’re outta here”. She went on to say: ”It was pretty wild.”

It was all a Prank
According to Angenette, the deputy took the woman and her child from the courtroom, and her wristband was cut off so that she couldn’t come back in. She was seen hanging out around the courtroom, still with her young baby, with an amused expression on her face.
After the incident in court, the woman was tracked down and she allegedly claimed that the whole thing was a joke that she and her husband panned out, and thought would be hilarious.
The man speaking with Angenette is Jesse Cord Weber. He asked Angenette about the baby that the woman had with her. He was concerned that she had a young child out at 1:00 in the morning, waiting in line to get into the courtroom. So, Jesse asked: “Was she waiting with the baby at 1 AM to get into the courtroom? If so, that’s a bigger issue.”
Naturally, the people who are following this case are most likely very curious whether or not Johnny did actually father a secret love child. Finally, Angenette set the record straight that this claim from the unidentified woman is false, and she was “joking.”
“Just FYI everybody,” Levy confirmed, “Johnny Depp does not have a third baby out there that was at the courthouse today.”
