In-N-Out burgers and Bible verses

Lynsi is the granddaughter of the founders of In-N-Out and she is 37 years old. In addition, she is the active CEO and current owner of the fast food restaurant. She has finally given an explanation for the Bible verses that get printed on their packaging. The interview was done with the Christian Post, and it’s not a very common occurrence.

Lynsi spoke to the interviewer and explained how she was driven toward relying on Christianity for support. This was after her father had passed away. And, she had endured three marriages which all failed. She was in a pretty dark space until she finally realized what her life was missing. She said that the only thing that could satisfy her in life was her love of Jesus Christ and his love for her. “I finally found that the deep need in my heart can only be filled by Jesus and my identity in Him.”

Furthermore, she realized that each trauma in her life was part of a greater lesson. “I have learned so much through my broken relationships. Along with the ups and downs that come through marriage,” she said. “I’ve been the one to hurt, and I’ve been hurt. So, I have gained insight and growth through both sides of the coin.”

What gave them the idea to print bible verses?

Her journey to self-discovery has led to feelings of contentment in her life. One that she wishes to take into the way she runs her business. This is where the bible verses come in. Although, it was her uncle Richard who started printing the verses in 1987. Snyder said: “It was my uncle Rich who put the Bible verses on the cups and wrappers in the early ‘90s, just before he passed away. He had just accepted the Lord and wanted to put that little touch of his faith on our brand.”

Richard was a born-again Christian. When asked, his spokesperson at the time told the press that Richard said it’s “just something I want to do”. According to Lynsi, he wanted to incorporate the words of god into the company’s branding.

Lynsi continues to apply Christian values to her work ethic

CEO Lynsi said to the Christian Post that she wishes to maintain the values of her faith, and incorporate them into the work ethic she carries with her. she told the interviewer what she strives for. That is to “maintain what we’ve started with: Not compromising the quality of product, service, or standards.”

She spoke about what she believes she is destined for. “I knew that I would be a part of a ministry that would unify the body of Christ into soldiers. They would reach out to one another and to the lost in the last days,” Lynsi said. “Many people attend church. But, the pool of discipleship is shallow. So, I saw training modules online to disciple people and take them deeper than they may have gone attending church or Bible study. I envisioned this Army uniting various ministries and supporting churches and organizations.”
