Woman Opens Up On Her Sexual Relationship With Plane

In the modern age, love and sexuality have moved on from the conventional ways of the past. Monogamy, to some, is considered an outdated foundation for a relationship, and polygamy has risen in popularity and acceptance. Sexual identification has also taken a turn, and people can identify with just about anything with ample acceptance from their support systems. One woman has identified as “Object Sexual,” and her chosen partner is an airplane that she called “Dicki.”

A Relationship with a Plane

In Dortmund, Germany lives a young woman named Sarah Rodo. She is 23 years old and has decided her sexual interests do not fall in with the traditional means that most people tend to follow. She has identified as an “object sexual,” which means that she is sexually attracted to inanimate objects. This might seem quite different to some people, but to Sarah, it makes the most sense. She spoke about when she realized her sexual identity, and how she only wanted to hold and caress an object and not other people.

Her relationship with the Boeing 737 airplane, which she calls “Dicki,” and she has stated that it makes her feel complete. “My plane is called ‘Dicki’ and he takes up almost my entire bed,” Sarah said. “I love everything about him, but particularly his face, wings, and engine – they’re so sexy to me.”

Her story is coming out now, but she has been aware of her identification since the young age of 14 years old. “I’ve been attracted to objects since I was a teenager – I first noticed it when I was 14 years old,” confirmed Sarah. Her relationship is not of a sexual means, but also emotional.

“I noticed that I wasn’t attracted to people when I didn’t want to cuddle or become intimate with them, unlike my objects where I crave cuddles and being intimate – it’s the best sex I’ve ever had!” Sarah says. “I love everything about him, but particularly his face, wings, and engine – they’re so sexy to me.”

What their Relationship Entails

Having a relationship with a plane might be quite tricky, because you never really get any alone time, besides your restroom visits, but even those have the occasional time constraint. Sarah talks about her relationship, and how she gets to spend quality time with her winged object. Using any opportunity, she tries to fly as much as possible so that she can admire the plane, and feel the engines humming.

“I also fly very often so that I can simply feel and hear him,” says Sarah. “When I’m with my 737, I’m over the moon. I love him so incredibly much – I just feel safe with him and want to spend all my time with him.”

If she can’t fly with Dicki around Europe, she visits the airport often and does what she calls, “planespotting,” where she watches the plane’s landing and taking off and looks out for her Boeing. Sarah said: “I try to fly as often as possible and go plane spotting at the airport. – I take a small model with me when I leave the house so I feel like I’m always with him.”

There are of course times when she cannot be at the airport or taking a trip somewhere inside the Boeing 737’s cabin. To satisfy her needs, sexually and emotionally, she has various models of the original aircraft, that she keeps in her bed. One of them is large enough to fit across her whole bed.

Sarah’s Other “Partners

Sara Rodo has had other relationships, or flings, with more than just the airplane, Dicki. She went on to explain the other objects that she has been involved with. “Before the plane,” says Sara. “I was on the ICE 3, which is an express train.” This means that she is not subject to objects that fly, and is open to different types of inanimate objects.

She may have had an idea that she object sexual, OS, from a young age. But, before she concluded her sexual identity, she had two relationships with men. She claimed that she was not sure yet what she preferred. “I’ve also had two relationships with men because I just wasn’t sure what my real sexuality was,” said Sara. “but I soon realized that I can’t feel these romantic things for people – now I know that my sexuality is objectophilia, and I stand by it.”

Those objects are now a fling of the past, and she has settled down with Dicki, her Boeing 737. What would make Sarah the happiest German in the world, if she were given the go-ahead to marry her 737. According to German law, it is not only frowned upon, but it is not legally allowed. “Some people don’t understand my love but my friends took my coming-out very well and encouraged me,” said Sarah. “I would love to marry him more than anything but it’s forbidden in Germany.”

Other People In Relationships with Objects

Sarah Rodo is not the only woman who has had relationships with inanimate objects. Her sexual affiliation is not a unique thing, and other people have identified with the same orientation. A woman named Erica Labrie is another object sexual, and she fell in love with the Eifel tower. She held a commitment ceremony for her wedding, after which she changed her surname to “Eifel.” Erica explains her love: “I find my type is an object that’s misunderstood by the world. The Eiffel Tower is surrounded by millions of tourists who are in love with each other, not with her.”

A documentary was filmed of the whole process to correct any misconceptions about that specific sexual orientation. “This documentary raised misconceptions that OS people were inclined towards objects for the sake of control due to factors such as abuse and mental illness”, explains Mrs. Eifel.

Unfortunately, Erica and Eifel are no longer an item after 10 years of their relationship. “I have accepted defeat,” Erica says. “However Eiffel will always have a place in my heart. That is something the media cannot carve out of my chest. Though at times it feels as if they have tried.”
