‘Immortality Is My Goal’: 11 Y.O Boy’s Reason For Getting A Bachelor’s Degree in Physics

At just 11 years old, Laurent Simon is already making waves in the scientific community. This young Belgian prodigy has recently earned a degree in physics1, making him one of the youngest people in history to achieve such a feat. But his ambitions don’t stop there – Laurent has also set his sights on the grand challenge of human immortality2.

By the time he was eight, Laurent had already attained his high school diploma. Despite his young age, Laurent excelled in his studies and quickly gained recognition for his exceptional intellect. He was eventually invited to pursue a bachelor’s degree in physics, which he completed in just one year, rather than the three years it usually takes.
