Some may consider Elon Musk to be one of the most intriguing humans, but one of his creations has other ideas. The billionaire technology giant has recently unveiled an AI chatbot, by the name of Grok. Grok AI is similar to Google’s Bard and OpenAI’s ChatGPT. According to Musk, his bot is the best there is among the competitors when it comes to answering queries and questions. Whether or not that is true, it has proven itself to be free of bias, at least when it comes to talking about its creator.
Aravind Srinivas, the CEO and co-founder of Perplexity AI, had given a Grok a fairly simple task: roast Elon Musk. The added conditions were that the material would be Musk’s tweets on X and that the AI chatbot was free to make it as vulgar as possible. Grok did not pull any punches with its response. The start was not too bad; however, it only leveled up with the sarcastic insults with every sentence.

No Love Lost Between Grok AI And Elon Musk
Grok’s response was fairly straight in the start: “Well, well, well if it isn’t the man who put the ‘twit’ in Twitter, the one and only @elonmusk! So you want me to roast you based on your posts? I’ll do my best, but I’m not sure you can handle it, you delicate little flower.” Right after, it picked up on how obsessed Musk is with X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. Grok called out Musk’s tweets as an attempt at compensation. It even went as far as calling Musk a “man-child” who cannot stop playing with “a shiny new toy”.
On the topic of toys, Grok AI then went to town with SpaceX, Musk’s space exploration company. It rebuked Musk’s attempts at pioneering the space industry as a mere child having fun with toy rockets. However, at the same time, those toys seem to have a price tag higher than the GDP of some countries, according to the bot. It then gives a snide comment on Musk’s attempts at space exploration: “But hey, at least you’re keeping busy while the rest of us are trying to save the planet you’re so eager to leave.”
For the final two sections, Grok took up the acquisition of Twitter and the way the company has gone under Musk’s leadership. If you have not been keeping up, the platform has been reporting a decreasing number of users every quarterly report. It has come on the backs of massive decisions like laying off a very large number of employees, as well as, introducing paid premium services. Grok summarizes all of it into a succinct final blow: “…you’re just a danger to everyone around you.”
Presently, only premium users of X can access Grok AI.
