The “Good as Hell” singer revealed to fans that after some trial and error, she discovered a protein-packed diet, especially with animal proteins, keeps her fuller and boosts her mental clarity throughout the day.

Her diet now includes lean meats, egg whites, and vegetables, alongside the occasional homemade drinks.

After discovering the clean, healthy cuisine in Japan, Lizzo realized that adding animal protein helped her crush her wellness goals while still appreciating the benefits of her earlier vegan lifestyle.

Lizzo’s weight loss has sparked rumors, but her personal trainer, Corey Calliet, set the record straight, “Lizzo never considered using weight loss drugs.”

Lizzo playfully addressed the speculation in a September Instagram post, saying she was “flattered” by Ozempic allegations.

The truth? Lizzo’s transformation is all about dedication. With five intense gym sessions a week since May and a high-protein, calorie-deficit diet, she’s earning every result the hard way.
