Stanley drinkware already has quite a reputation for its sturdiness. Recently, though, it passed an unexpectedly fiery test that skyrocketed its sturdiness to new levels! If you are unfamiliar with them, Stanley tumblers are large cylindrical containers. They are designed to maintain the temperature of whatever drink is kept inside, whether hot or cold. Well, a TikToker’s experience with it seems to ensure it is worth much more than that!
Danielle, whose TikTok handle is @danimarielettering, posted a short video on the social media platform showcasing the tumbler. However, the backdrop was quite a tragic event. Her car had caught on fire. By the time, the fire was extinguished, almost everything inside was burned beyond recognition. However, even as Danielle showed her viewers the charred remains, one utensil stood out almost unscathed. This was her Stanley tumbler! It was still inside the cup holder just as she had left it. In fact, even a bit of the ice that Danielle had left inside the drinkware still remained!
The Miracle Of The Stanley Drinkware
One of the promises of Stanley Drinkware is that it produces “tough bottles”. There is hardly greater proof of the product’s toughness after Danielle’s clip! Her clip soon went viral and was viewed over 30 million times. In the clip’s caption, she tagged Stanley’s official account and said: “Thirsty after you catch on fire? @Stanley1913 is like no problem I gotchu.”
Comments marveled at the miraculous Stanley Tumbler. One ready: “I don’t think Stanley will ever come up with a better ad than this one.” Another commented: “Stanley needs to use this for an ad because this just convinced me to order one.” In fact, comments were even asking Stanley to replace Danielle’s car because of the enormous publicity that she provided for free. To increase everyone’s wonderment at the situation, Stanley Drinkware did reply to the requests as well.
Terence Reilly, the global president of Stanley, made an add-on to Danielle’s clip himself. He had an extremely positive statement to give with regard to the incident. Reilly acknowledged that the company had seen her video, and they were extremely happy that she was safe. He also noted that he had seen all the comments asking them to send Danielle to send more Stanleys.
So here is what they had decided: “Well, we’re gonna send you some Stanleys, but there’s one more thing and we’ve never done this before and we’ll probably never do it again, but we’d love to replace your vehicle…yeah, all of us at Stanley we’d really like to replace your vehicle.” This, of course, further elevated the sales of Stanley tumblers! Stanley drinkware is true to their word after all.
