The prices go up from there, up to the largest cabin. At 30 ft x 40 ft, the basic arched tiny house kit will cost you $18,000. If you include all the available upgrades you’re looking at a final price of $22,300. (2)

These prices do not include delivery. They based the fee on how far the kits have to travel to get to you. This price is (2):

  • $2.50 per mile for cabins 25-40 feet long
