The 29-year-old Naeem has apparently spent thousands on this transformation in order to look like the character. People have started calling her the ‘Iraqi Barbie’- due to her statement features and blonde locks. But as it stands, not everyone is a fan of this look. When this actress and presenter revealed her look in a video, one critic commented, “Devil Barbie”, while another wrote, “Zombie.” Nevertheless, people have definitely been fascinated by this appearance, as she now has close to 996,000 followers on Instagram and around 43,900 on TikTok.

In the video that Dalia uploaded, she was posing next to her makeup artist, who told her, “You look so beautiful, my dear. Like Barbie.” The model, who now boasted a tiny nose, bushy eyebrows, and oversized pouty lips, responded, “Your makeup is Barbie.” Over the last couple of months, this rising star on social media is considered to have gone through multiple cosmetic procedures- such as breast enlargement surgery, and lip fillers. Before becoming Iraqi Barbie, Dalia was a well-acclaimed actress and presenter who starred in several plays and TV shows. She currently lives in the Adhamiyah district in Baghdad.

There were some fans of Dalia Naeem’s new look, with a 33-year-old nurse from Melbourne, Australia, Tara Jayne McConachy, commenting that she loved the plastic doll vibe, irrespective of what others commented about it. As it turns out, Naeem will not be allowed to undergo any cosmetic procedure in Australia as she has already exceeded the number of procedures one can go through. Therefore, the Iraqi model must look for other international clinics to conduct surgery on her.
The story of Dalia Naeem hit the mainstream media after the story of Anastasia Pokreshchuk, the woman with the largest cheekbones. According to a report by the New York Post, the 33-year-old woman from Kyiv, Ukraine, used to have a pretty slender face on which she had work done. She has spent close to $1,851 on her fillers, which has allowed her to have the largest cheekbones in the world.
After her first filler, Anastasia Pokreshchuk stated that she fell in love with how her face looked. She mentioned, “I love them, I want them to look like this and I’m very happy. I regularly inject other parts of my face myself. I understand that they look weird to other people but I don’t mind.” She had multiple fillers injected in her cheeks, lips, and mouth and Botox in her forehead. She also had surgery on her chin and jaw.
The pink-haired Ukrainian model further claimed that some people never understood her love for her fillers. In an Instagram video, she said, “Some people think that oh it’s just for hype – no! I will never put something in my face that I didn’t like. You know?“
