Man had his ears removed to look like a skull

Appearances may be superficial for some but for others, it’s a deep expression of who they are. Some people like to alter the way they look- because it reflects the person that they are. After all, should have the right to do what they wish with their bodies. And this ideology has led Sandro, a 39-year-old German to surgically remove his ears. He has done this because he wants to look like a skull. We say, fair enough.[1]

Sandro Has A Passion For Body Modifications- Even Though It Has Put A Strain On His Relationships

Sandro hails from the city of Finsterwalde in Germany and is quite passionate about body modifications. His interest in tattoos began around 13 years ago- so he has had a long time to express his wishes when it comes to piercings and alterations. To date, this individual has had around 17 different procedures done to them. And this includes implants in their arms, forehead, and even their hands. Since he has expressed his desire to look like a skull- he also has no hair on his head. Due to this, the internet has started referring to him as Mr. Skull Face.

Sandro removed his ears back in 2019- and currently plans on altering the way his nose looks. He has, on several occasions, stated that he wants to go through with this- simply because he desires it. There is absolutely no superfluous reasoning behind it. As one can expect, his body modifications haven’t drawn him close to a lot of people. Some even call him crazy and disturbed. But since this is his true calling, he hardly cares about what others think. In fact, the comments haven’t made any difference to his desire to alter his body.

Sandro is quite self-aware that his tattoos and piercings have alienated his family. “Friends have tried to talk me out of the modifications, especially when it came to cutting off my ears, but I’m just a person who likes to go his own way. If people stare I don’t really care. If someone says something like ‘You are a sick old man’ then I will answer with ‘Thank you for the compliment’. Negative comments go in one side and out the other. It has strengthened my self-confidence above all.”

Sandro Wants People To Modify Their Bodies Only If They Have A Passion For It

Sandro has a warning for amateur body modifiers. While he has certainly led quite an adventurous life, he wants others to not do it recklessly. After all, removing one’s ears might not be the best option for everyone. “If you’re a beginner, do long and thorough research, think carefully about everything, and take your time. Above all, never do something just because you just want to be more blatant or cool with it. It has to come from the heart and be for yourself.

Due to his appearance, the ear removing Mr. Skull Man has found it difficult to maintain a relationship or a job. “My appearance has had a huge impact on my chances of getting a job because a lot of companies are still very conservative and prefer to go with the flow. I think that it has of course had an effect on me finding a relationship, as it scares most people off, but of course, many people also find it very interesting.”
