Prior to their face-to-face meeting, he had engaged in consistent conversations over a span of two weeks, attempting to uncover her likes and dislikes. “I made plans, I picked the restaurant, the day and time,” he shared. “You know, I’ve done everything to try and be just the kind of guy that would value somebody’s time.”

Jonathan wrote ‘dating in LA sucks’ as he explained he’d tried ‘to do everything right to be a gentleman’
In a poignant message directed at the camera, he expressed his dismay at the challenges of dating in Los Angeles, California, asserting that it shouldn’t be such a daunting task. “It shouldn’t be this difficult to fall in love, to be kind to one another,” he lamented. “Ladies, tell me, what did I do wrong?”
The video of him being ghosted, having garnered over a million views solely on Instagram, has received an outpouring of supportive comments for the comedian. Even prominent figures like Jameela Jamil chimed in, stating, “Looking forward to the update of when you find someone who deserves you.”
Reality TV personality Tanisha Thomas added her perspective on being ghosted: “It really and truly sucks out here hun. The love we watched them imitate on television growing up really does seem like a fairytale these days….. The majority of people aren’t looking for love for real but for help and have some hidden ulterior motive…. It’s daunting and can be very discouraging at times.” Lindsey Coffey, Miss Earth 2020, also joined in with her thoughts: “I thought there was an incoming joke based on his username but there wasn’t. The real joke is on her, she lost a great dude.”
